IBA MATHEMATICIANS WIN BRONZE IN SINGAPORE.
Once again the young mathematicians from IBA have brought great pride to their families, their school and their country at the 13th International Mathematics Competition (IMC) held in Singapore from August 4th to 7th.
Alianjecon Otero a Year 6 student was awarded a Bronze Medal. Elihanna Angeline Claveria also in Year 6 was also awarded a Bronze Medal.
Sir Randolph Balleras, Alianjecon Otero and Elihanna Claveria at the Division Math Challenge held earlier this year.
The following students will also be representing IBA and the Philippines at the 2017 International Mathematics Open for Young Achievers (IMOYA) also to be held in Singapore from September 1st to September 4th 2017:
Carsten Angelo Francisco in Year 5 HEP, Hayron Arwyn L. Tanate in Year 8 and Hayden Aaron L. Tanate in Year 11. Our best wishes will accompany these enthusiastic competitors.
Once again the IBA Mathematics Department, under the leadership of Mr. Randolph Balleras, has produced worthy young Maths competitors who can prove their worth in the global arena.
