IBA Student Walks Away with Crown
Although this is a late post, it was a day of great pride for the school when on Tuesday, December 14th 2016 Alexcia Anusevicius was crowned as the first Binibining General Trias where she represented Barangay San Gabriel and, of course, her proud school, the International British Academy. As the winner she will be the ambassadress for the city and represent it in the upcoming national beauty contest.

Lexy, as she is fondly known at IBA, is so much more than a beauty queen. She is also an accomplished scholar who has consistently been amongst the top students in her year levels. She is at present in Year 11 in senior high school and excelling in the challenging STEM course. She also contributes enthusiastically to a wide range of the school’s co-curricular activities.

Lexy certainly demonstrates all the qualities encouraged at IBA and we are all very proud of her as she represents, not only her city, but her school as well.
